East London | Hybrid Working (3 Days Office / 2 Days Home) | £25-27k

Love fashion? Ready to take your retail or administration experience into a fashion head office?

We're a well-established, multi-channel fashion retailer with retail stores nationwide, and we're looking for an organised, commercially minded Allocator to join our friendly Head Office team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves fashion, enjoys working with numbers and wants to build a long-term career in merchandising. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our latest collections are in the right stores at the right time, helping maximise sales and delivering a great customer experience.

The Role

As an Allocator, you'll work closely with our Buying, Merchandising, Distribution and Retail teams to make sure stock is allocated and replenished efficiently across our store network.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Allocating stock to stores and reviewing performance by product and style
  • Managing replenishment to ensure stores have the right stock at the right time
  • Analysing sales performance and stock levels to identify opportunities
  • Liaising daily with the Distribution Centre regarding deliveries and stock availability
  • Supporting stores with delivery, pricing and promotional queries
  • Using internal systems to monitor sales, stock levels and store performance
  • Producing packing lists and supporting daily stock movements
  • Providing product feedback and contributing to future product selection decisions

About You

This role would suit someone with retail, customer service or administration experience who is looking to develop a career within fashion merchandising.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has previous retail or administration experience
  • Has a genuine passion for fashion and keeps up with the latest trends
  • Understands how a retail business operates
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Has excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail
  • Can manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure
  • Is a confident communicator who enjoys working with different teams
  • Is proactive, enthusiastic and eager to learn
  • Enjoys working with numbers and analysing data
