Responsibilities
Allocation/Stock control
- Allocate and manage stock levels to plan in line with grading strategy.
- Input initial allocation parameters on the system.
- To set up and manage delivery schedules, working with suppliers to achieve high launch availability.
- Carry out regular branch merchandising analysis and take action to maintain balanced product offer in all stores.
- Build opening stock packages for new stores.
- Progress chase orders and build relationships with suppliers.
- Maintain regular contact with stores directly and carry out stock transfers when necessary.

Analysis / Administration
- Produce sales, stock, profit and trend analysis as required by Merchandiser.
- Process orders and update deliveries.
- Maintain data and keep all records updated.
- Liaise with distribution, stores and suppliers
- Carry out any ad-hoc duties to support to the department as and when required.
Commercial Awareness
- Keen interest in product, trends and market activity.
- Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of the Crew market and target client base.
Essential
Key Skills and Experience
- Strong numerical skills.
- Good Microsoft Excel and IT skills.
- An understanding of the principles of distribution and stock management.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong levels of communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Capable of working to tight deadlines.
- Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure.
- Dedicated and responsible approach to job role.
- Ability to work both independently and within a small team.
