About The Role
As a Lead Alpha Architect for Asset Owners, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Alpha Asset Owner business, both within the Private Markets and Front office areas. You will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions for our Asset Owner and OCIO clients, leveraging our front-to-back office platform.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their unique requirements, and effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
- Workflow Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of client workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Data Analysis: Leverage data analysis techniques to inform solution design and identify potential risks and challenges.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial design to implementation and ongoing support.
- Platform Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on our front-to-back office platform and its capabilities.
- Business Development: Support business development efforts by providing consultative guidance to prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on Asset Management, Asset owners and OCIO workflows and models preferred to start.
- Proven grounding in Front Office or Private Markets within the Asset Owner / OCIO segment.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing complex solutions.
- Deep understanding of front, middle, and back office operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software tools (e.g., Bloomberg AIM, BRS Aladdin, SimCorp Dimension, Factset, Fidessa Minerva, Statpro and ORION).

Preferred Qualifications
- Front, Middle and Back Office Functionality Expertise: A deep understanding of front middle and back office processes i.e. deal structuring, allocation, payouts, exit strategy and valuations.
- Knowledge of portfolio management theory and application.
- CAIA or CFA is a plus.
- Systems Thinker, who can put together complex solutions.
