About The Role

Can you inspire hope for the most vulnerable young people?

Are you an enthusiastic, creative teacher looking for a unique and rewarding role?

Do you have a passion for working with young people and believe that sport has the power to change lives?

If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable teacher to join our alternative education team at England Sports Group.

You don’t need prior experience in secondary education—what matters is a confident, innovative approach to inclusive teaching!

For those with SEN and SEMH needs, attending school can feel impossible. Overwhelming classrooms, lack of understanding and pressure on resources often leaves them without vital support and many end up as unwilling or unable to attend.

Being out of education or struggling in the classroom, these young people are desperately in need of your experience, expertise and understanding. If you feel you can make a worthwhile difference and have an interest in delivering sports education to young people, then this may be the job for you! Working with small groups, you will deliver Level 2 NCFE sport courses to students in Year 9 – Year 11 as part of a bespoke learning programme designed around your student’s needs and interests. All lesson plans and resources will be provided, but you must show an ability to adapt them where necessary.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
