About This Role

Alternative Provision Intervention Leader, Term Time Only, Monday to Friday, 32.5 Hours per week, 8.30am - 3.30pm

Scale 19 - Actual annual salary: £24,276.00

We are seeking to appoint a compassionate, resilient and proactive Alternative Provision Intervention Leader to join our inclusive team.

You will lead and deliver targeted interventions across our Alternative Provision offer, supporting students who struggle to engage in mainstream education due to behavioural, social, emotional or additional needs. Working under the direction of the Alternative Provision Manager, you will deliver bespoke programmes within Turning Point and Redemption, supporting students to reflect, rebuild relationships and successfully reintegrate into mainstream lessons.

The role involves delivering effective one-to-one and small group interventions, using restorative approaches, and working closely with Heads of Year, pastoral teams, SEND staff and teachers to identify barriers to learning and implement personalised support. You will monitor progress, provide clear feedback and contribute to communication with parents and carers where appropriate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
