Aluminium Fabrication Team Leader

The Company
ER Recruitment is partnering with a well-established and growing manufacturer specialising in aluminium glazing solutions. They supply commercial construction projects across the UK and are looking to appoint an experienced Aluminium Fabrication Team Leader to support production operations, enhancing quality, efficiency, and team performance.

- Lead and support a team of curtain wall fabricators within the production facility.
- Oversee the fabrication of aluminium curtain walling systems to specification and quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to the fabrication team.
- Monitor productivity, workflow, and quality, ensuring targets are met safely and efficiently.
- Support training, development, and continuous improvement initiatives in the department.
About You – The Aluminium Fabrication Team Leader
You will be considered if you meet the following criteria:
- Proven experience in fabricating aluminium curtain walling systems.
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, or supervising a fabrication team.
- Strong technical understanding of curtain walling systems, drawings, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
- A positive, hands-on approach with strong communication skills.
