Due to continued investment and growth across its retail sales division, our client is looking to appoint a commercially focused Amazon Account Manager to take ownership of one of its most important retail partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established household brand and play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, profitability, and long-term growth within a strategically significant account.
Our client is a heritage-rich consumer products business with a strong reputation for innovation, quality, and customer-focused product development. With a portfolio of trusted products and a culture built around continuous improvement, the business continues to invest heavily in its people, technology, and commercial capabilities. The Amazon Account Manager will join a high-performing retail sales team and work closely with senior stakeholders to shape account strategy and deliver sustainable growth.
The Amazon Account Manager will:
- Take full ownership of the Amazon account P&L, driving profitable sales growth and margin performance
- Develop and execute strategic Joint Business Plans aligned to account objectives and business targets
- Manage sales forecasting, stock planning, and availability to maximise conversion and minimise lost sales opportunities
- Create and oversee promotional, pricing, and marketing plans to drive category growth and account performance
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key retail contacts to achieve shared commercial goals

The Amazon Account Manager will demonstrate:
- Experience managing Amazon accounts within a commercial or account management environment
- Amazon account management experience
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage account profitability and growth
- Highly analytical approach with a strong understanding of forecasting and performance metrics
- Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
The Amazon Account Manager role requires:
- Experience managing Joint Business Plans and customer growth strategies
- Understanding of forecasting, stock planning, and supply chain processes
- Ability to analyse EPOS and sales-out data to identify growth opportunities
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, finance, product, and operations teams
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
