Amazon Account Manager
We're hiring an Amazon Account Manager to own client relationships and manage the day-to-day performance of Amazon accounts. This is a client-facing role. You'll oversee workflow, set and track targets alongside clients, and make sure accounts hit their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Own client relationships as main point of contact
- Onboard new clients and manage handoffs
- Oversee Amazon accounts for workflow and delivery
- Set targets with clients and track progress against them
- Run regular check-ins and performance reviews
- Handle client comms and work requests
- Identify upsell/renewal opportunities
- Resolve issues and escalate when needed
- Track account health and report on metrics

Requirements:
- 2+ years in account management, client success, or similar
- Solid Amazon expertise (Seller Central / Vendor Central, PPC, listings, account health)
- Excellent written English and verbal communication
- Comfortable with CRM, task management, and AI tools
- Very proactive, organized, self-directed
- Can work flexible hours, BUT must be available weekdays to reply to clients

Details:
- Hours: 30-40 hours a week, part or full time, we are open to both
- Client-facing role
- Would need to be willing to come to the office some days (Bristol BS1) - this is not a 100% remote role, its Hybrid
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bristol BS1 - flexible office work so we can work together as a small team
