About the Role

As our Amazon Account Manager, you'll own the end-to-end Amazon channel performance, including:

  • Managing Amazon Seller Central across UK and EU marketplaces
  • Delivering revenue, margin, and growth targets
  • Planning and executing key trading events such as Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and new product launches
  • Optimising product listings, SEO, A+ Content, Storefronts, and conversion performance
  • Managing Amazon Advertising campaigns and driving strong ROAS and profitability
  • Supporting marketplace expansion and localisation across Europe
  • Collaborating with Commercial, Brand, Operations, Finance, and external agency partners
  • Monitoring KPIs, identifying opportunities, and implementing data-driven improvements

Requirements

Proven experience and expertise include:

  • Managing Amazon Seller Central account
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, listing optimisation, Buy Box dynamics, and Amazon Advertising
  • Experience with multiple Amazon marketplaces (UK and Europe)
  • Analytical and commercial skills
  • Ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies
  • Experience in any of the following is highly desirable: consumer goods, healthcare, animal health, FMCG, or eCommerce environments
