About the Role
We are looking for an Amazon Ads Account Manager to support the rapid growth of our Retail Media business and strategic partnership opportunities with Amazon. This role combines client-facing responsibilities with hands-on campaign management across Amazon Ads products.

Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon Ads campaigns across Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP
- Act as the main point of contact for selected client accounts
- Build and execute campaign strategies aligned with business objectives
- Monitor performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and implement changes proactively
- Coordinate with internal execution teams and external stakeholders
- Support campaign reporting, insights generation, and performance reviews
- Collaborate with Analytics and Media teams to develop audience and measurement strategies
- Ensure campaigns are launched, monitored, and delivered on time
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads (Sponsored Ads required; DSP preferred)
- 3+ years’ experience managing Amazon Ads campaigns, ideally within an agency or retail media environment.
- Experience managing client relationships and campaign execution simultaneously
- Strong understanding of Retail Media and e-commerce performance metrics
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in parallel
- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC)
- Knowledge of retail measurement and attribution
- Exposure to audience strategy and data-driven activation

- High-quality campaign execution and optimisation
- Strong client satisfaction and communication
- Ability to independently manage accounts and delivery workflows
- Contribution to the scalable growth of the Retail Media function
