A growing digital retail partner is looking to hire a Marketplace Advertising Associate to join its expanding performance marketing team.
The business supports a portfolio of established consumer brands with their growth across major online marketplaces, helping them optimise advertising performance, improve visibility, and scale digital retail revenue.
This is a great opportunity for someone with early experience in Amazon advertising or paid search to further develop their expertise within the rapidly evolving retail media and marketplace advertising space.
The Role
Working within the advertising team, you will support the planning, execution, and optimisation of Amazon advertising campaigns, helping to drive performance across multiple client accounts.

You will work closely with senior team members to analyse campaign data, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the ongoing development of advertising strategies across Amazon.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimise Amazon Sponsored Ads (PPC) campaigns
- Support the management and optimisation of Amazon DSP campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities
- Analyse account data and marketplace trends to uncover growth opportunities
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports
- Support communication with internal stakeholders and clients where required
- Use internal and third-party tools to conduct campaign research and analysis
- Collaborate with colleagues to support campaign execution and account development

Essential
- Around 1 to 2 years managing paid search or marketplace advertising campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Sponsored Ads / Amazon PPC
- Strong interest in eCommerce, marketplaces, and retail media
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organisation and time management skills
