About the Role

Due to continued growth across European ecommerce channels, our client is looking to strengthen its digital team with the appointment of a Amazon Advertising Manager. This newly enhanced opportunity offers the chance to support the growth of a well-established international consumer brand portfolio while driving performance across Amazon's extensive European marketplace network.

Our client is a highly successful home and lifestyle products business, with a strong reputation for innovation, creativity and product quality! The business continues to expand its reach across European markets. The Amazon Advertising Manager will join a collaborative ecommerce team focused on accelerating marketplace growth, enhancing brand visibility and delivering outstanding commercial performance across Amazon PAN-EU.

Key Responsibilities

The Amazon Advertising Manager will take ownership of Amazon advertising activity across multiple European territories, ensuring campaigns are optimised to maximise visibility, drive sales growth and improve return on advertising spend. Working closely with ecommerce, merchandising, operations and creative teams, the Amazon Advertising Manager will play a key role in delivering a best-in-class marketplace experience while supporting wider commercial objectives.

The Amazon Advertising Manager will:

  • Manage Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns across PAN-EU markets
  • Develop and optimise advertising strategies to improve sales performance, ROAS and category visibility
  • Conduct keyword research, campaign analysis and A/B testing to maximise campaign efficiency
  • Support the optimisation of product listings, A+ content and branded content across marketplaces
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights relating to spend, conversions and profitability

Essential Skills

The Amazon Advertising Manager will demonstrate:

  • 2-3 years' experience managing Amazon Advertising campaigns, ideally across multiple European markets
  • Strong working knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and Amazon marketplace operations
  • Ability to manage performance marketing campaigns against commercial KPIs
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience using Excel and marketplace reporting tools
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into commercial recommendations

Preferred Experience

The role requires:

  • Experience with Amazon tools such as Helium 10, Keepa, Jungle Scout or Cobalt
  • Knowledge of FBA, A+ Content and Amazon Storefront management
  • Understanding of Microsoft Business Intelligence tools
  • Exposure to content localisation across European territories
  • Additional European language skills such as German, French, Spanish or Italian
