Amazon Advertising Manager
Reports To: Head of Advertising

Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing marketplace consultancy working with some of the most ambitious and recognisable consumer brands on Amazon.
As an Amazon Ads Manager, you will play a key role in delivering advertising strategies that drive visibility, sales growth, and profitability across a diverse portfolio of accounts. Working closely with Strategy Partners and marketplace specialists, you will gain exposure to a wide range of brands, categories, and growth challenges, giving you the opportunity to develop both your technical advertising expertise and commercial understanding of Amazon.
The role is responsible for the planning, execution, and optimisation of Amazon Advertising campaigns, using data and insights to identify opportunities, improve performance, and support strategic decision-making. From launching new products and scaling best sellers to analysing competitor activity and refining campaign performance, you will contribute directly to the growth of the brands you support.
This position would suit an ambitious individual who enjoys combining analytical thinking with commercial problem-solving and is looking to further develop their career within one of the most dynamic areas of ecommerce.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Build, manage, and optimise Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
- Conduct keyword, product, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
- Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, and targeting adjustments
- Monitor campaign performance and implement optimisation recommendations
- Ensure advertising activity aligns with client objectives and performance targets
- Identify opportunities to improve visibility, sales performance, and advertising efficiency

Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse campaign performance across key metrics including ROAS, TACoS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rate
- Produce regular reporting with clear performance insights and actionable recommendations
- Support forecasting and budget planning activities
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across client accounts
- Conduct competitor and marketplace analysis to support strategic decision-making
Client Delivery
- Work alongside Strategy Partners to support account growth and performance objectives
- Contribute to product launches, promotional activity, and key trading events
- Support client meetings with campaign analysis and recommendations
- Assist with account audits, onboarding, and strategic projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure advertising activity aligns with wider marketplace strategies
Continuous Improvement
- Stay informed on Amazon Advertising developments, platform updates, and emerging best practices
- Support testing initiatives across campaign structures, bidding strategies, and targeting approaches
- Contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge sharing
- Share insights and learnings with the wider team

Skills & Experience
- Experience managing Amazon Advertising campaigns
- Strong understanding of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
- Experience planning, executing, and optimising Amazon Advertising campaigns to achieve performance objectives
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Commercially minded with an understanding of key advertising metrics including ROAS, TACoS, CPC, and conversion rate
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Experience
- Experience working within an ecommerce, retail, or marketplace environment
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
- Experience using third-party advertising and reporting tools
- Experience supporting product launches and promotional activity
- Experience working across multiple Amazon marketplaces
- Additional paid media experience across Google, Meta, or retail media platforms
