AMAZON ADVERTISING MANAGER
GLOBAL ECOMMERCE & RETAIL MEDIA SPECIALIST
This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, well-established eCommerce and retail media specialist that partners with some of the world’s most recognisable consumer brands. Operating across Amazon, leading marketplaces, DTC platforms and retail media networks, the business is scaling rapidly following significant investment.
As Amazon Advertising Manager, you’ll take ownership of Amazon Sponsored Ads, DSP and wider Retail Media strategy across a portfolio of high-profile clients. This role offers clear scope to step into line management responsibility as the team continues to grow, making it well suited to an experienced operator ready to take the next step.
You’ll sit at the centre of a high-performing advertising function, contributing strategic thinking, hands-on execution and client leadership at a pivotal stage of the company’s growth.

- Own end-to-end Amazon Advertising strategy for multiple clients
- Analyse performance and market behaviour to identify growth opportunities
- Translate insight into clear, actionable work plans
- Manage and optimise accounts on a daily basis
- Communicate performance clearly and credibly to clients
- Support and develop junior team members as the function scales
- Contribute to wider consultancy and business initiatives
What you’re great at
- Building and executing Amazon Sponsored Ads strategies
- Optimising campaigns using performance data and market insight
- Researching, launching and refining advertising campaigns
- Using proprietary and third-party tools to improve efficiency and results
- Producing clear, insightful performance reports
- Managing multiple stakeholders across different clients
- Supporting training initiatives, both internal and external
Experience required
Essential
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads
- Strong written and spoken English with excellent attention to detail
- Solid Excel capability
- Highly analytical with strong system literacy
- Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to prioritise effectively and make decisions at pace

Preferred
- Agency-side account management experience
- Amazon DSP experience
- Experience with tools such as Kenshoo / Skai (or similar)
- Additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian)
- Exposure to other marketplaces (e.g. eBay)
- Understanding of retail media platforms (e.g. Criteo)
