About the Role
We’re seeking a highly skilled, proactive Amazon Advertising Specialist to audit, build, optimise, and scale campaigns based on client-specific goals.
We need a technically strong yet strategic candidate who can:
- Manage Amazon advertising accounts with precision, auditing spend, structure, and campaign efficacy.
- Work closely with Account Managers, Brand Strategists, Content teams, and leadership to align advertising with broader business objectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities, catch potential risks, and ensure clients thrive through data-driven strategies.
Beyond basic campaign management, the ideal role holder understands how advertising fuels sales, profitability, ACOS/TACOS, organic ranking, and conversion rates—connecting ads to overall eCommerce success.
This is a fully remote position within a high-performance team, where every action drives client growth.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
As an Advertising Specialist, you’ll manage and optimise Amazon advertising accounts, collaborating internally to support sustained client growth. Key duties include:
Core Advertising Tasks

Manage a portfolio of 15–20 Amazon advertising accounts across Seller Central/Vendor Central.

Conduct detailed account audits to identify:
- Wasted spend
- Poor campaign structure
- Inefficient targeting/budget allocation
- Missed opportunities for improvement

Design, restructure, and refine Amazon PPC campaigns for profitability, growth, ranking launches, defensive strategies, or scaling.

Execute strategies in coordination with Account Managers and Brand Strategists.

Activate/manipulate:
- Sponsored Products
- Sponsored Brands
- Sponsored Brands Video
- Sponsored Display
- Other ad types based on client needs

Monitor ad performance rigorously to:
- Prevent wasted spend
- Avoid budget inefficiencies
- Address low-conversion issues
- Capture untapped growth potential

Dynamically adjust:
- Bids, budgets, placements, keywords
- Negative lists, campaign segmentation
- Bid strategies (manual/automatic)
Data-Driven Optimisation

Deep-dive analytics to interpret:
- ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC, spend, and profitability metrics
- Cross-analyze campaign impacts on sales growth, organic ranking, and eCommerce strategy

Translate performance insights into structured recommendations, not just reactive fixes.

Craft collaborative strategies with fellow team members to seamlessly integrate with clients’ broader Amazon expansion goals.
Proactive Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as a bridge between internal teams and clients on ad performance, listing issues, and content improvements.

Flag risks early (e.g., budget constraints, unsustainable ACOS, inventory shortages, ranking declines).

Maintain clear documentation:
- Campaign structures and rationale for transparency.
- Internal updates and insights with consistent professionalism.

Document and track KPI performance trends across portfolios.

Ensure weekly/monthly reports go beyond vanity metrics, focusing on actionable insights.
Stay Informed & Ideate

Keep pace with Amazon advertising updates, platform improvements, and industry best practices.

Contribute to internal strategy discussions, sharing proposals to ameliorate blockers, risks, and next steps.

Participate actively in stand-ups, sprints, and regularly scheduled meetings.
What We’re Looking For (Ideal Candidate Profil)
Required Background
- 2+ years of Amazon advertising experience (preferred).
- 1+ years in PPC advertising (mandatory).
- 1+ years in digital marketing or eCommerce (essential).
- Solid experience with Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central ad tools, campaigns, and audits.
- Proficiency in:
- Amazon Seller/Vendor ad structures, keyword strategy, targeting, bidding, and optimisation.
- Report interpretation, data modelling, and decision-making.

Requirements
- Superior English verbal and written communication.
- Mastery of remote workflow compliance and distributed communication.
- 1+ year desk-parent cyber-ad experience for Agency collaboration and scaling.
Preferred Qualifications
(Plus Points) ✔ Experience with Amazon DSP adds depth to portfolio management. ✔ Exposure to vanity-agnostic client-focused strategies outside ads (e.g., mastering the full AMZ algorithm). ✔ Agencies is prefer proven adaptability and learning speed to evolve together.
✔ Segmented experience with the following tools:
- AdBadger, Sellerboard, ZonGuru or equivalents.
- Track-based strategies, such as pre-launch, profitability campaigns, full-funnel optimizations.
