About the Role
As a Brand Strategist at AMZ Advisers, you’ll drive client success on Amazon by auditing accounts and crafting tailored strategies. Responsible for onboarding, strategic guidance, and ex weeds to drive performance—you’ll act as a trusted advisor across the client’s journey.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Strategy Development
- Play a key role in onboarding new clients, ensuring alignment on o! elements, KPIs, and expectations for seamless execution.
- Participate in regular client calls to develop, maintain, and enhance relationships.
- Conduct in-depth goal audits—client needs, market positioning, and competitors—to shape strategic direction.
- Pinpoint high-growth accounts and devise data-backed strategies to maximise performance.

Account Audit & Performance Optimization
- Perform comprehensive audits, evaluating performance metrics, competitive trends, and market dynamics.
- Execute SWOT analyses to guide prioritised, actionable recommendations.
- Develop customised brand strategies aligned with client objectives, target audiences, and competitive positioning.
- Leverage data insights (industry best practices + real-world performance) to enhance growth, visibility, and longevity.
Reporting & Communication
- Craft clear, actionable reports summarising audit findings, high-level strategy, and execution steps.
- Present recommendations to clients and Account Managers, allowing for transparency and feedback-driven alignment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine strategies, ensuring precision and mutual understanding.
Performance & Growth Iteration
- Monitor performance trends, identifying optimisation opportunities to fine-tune strategies:
- Market shifts
- Competitive positioning
- Client feedback
- Advocate for agile iteration, incorporating adjustments to drive sustained growth.

Team Coordination
- Contribute to daily stand-up meetings, addressing roadblocks promptly to maintain momentum.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
- 3+ years experience in:
- Amazon advertising
- Digital marketing
- Ecommerce brand strategy (ideal)
Skills & Competencies
✔ Analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail, ensuring data-driven insights are accurate. ✔ Excellent communication skills—conveying complex advertising strategies clearly. ✔ Proficiency in:
- Data analysis tools
- Reporting software ✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. ✔ Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities. ✔ Written communication expertise, especially when preparing strategic reports and presentations.
