About the Role

Join the EMEA-ANZ eCommerce team and help shape Amazon’s scaling success across Europe and Australasia. As a Category Manager, you’ll define and execute product strategies that fuel growth, optimize performance, and elevate key brands.


Your Missions

  • Strategic Leadership – Drive category and product strategy aligned to Amazon EU’s growth objectives.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making – Forecast trends, analyze competitors, and optimize pricing, assortment, and launch timelines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with marketing, finance, demand planning, and regional teams to implement strategies.
  • Launch Innovation – Lead new product initiatives and support commercialization efforts.
  • Performance Insights – Build dashboards, reports, and Stackline/BI-based recommendations in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • eCommerce Readiness – Ensure strategies, tools, and launches are optimized for high-growth eCommerce channels.

Who You Are

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, advertising, or a related field.
  • Relevant Experience: Proven track record in category/product management, demand planning, or data-driven marketing analytics.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Strong foundation in Excel, advertising analytics, and business intelligence tools.
    • Preferred: Stackline, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaboration: Experienced working cross-functionally in a global or multicultural organization.
  • English: Fluent in business English.
