Role Purpose
You are responsible for delivering solutions using AWS technologies for customers in adherence to Connect processes.

- 3rd Parties as appropriate
Main Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy AWS solutions for customers using AWS technologies focussed around the Amazon Connect contact centre SaaS platform.
- Ensure that solutions and applications are developed, configured, monitored, managed and maintained in accordance with company policy and industry ‘best practices’.
- Implement/develop/customise solutions and ensure deadlines are met.
- Communicate often, clearly and constructively, in a manner that inspires, motivates and develops those around you, even when having "the tough essential conversations".
- Be an example and proponent of our culture by being honest and humble, thinking big, making things simple, ensuring seamless teamwork, delivering excellence and materially contributing to the sustainability of our business and our planet.
- Provide pre-sales technical support to Sales Team.
- Keep abreast of the latest technology trends and solutions with a primary focus in the UX and CX domains.
- Maintain up to date vendor accreditations and undertake training as necessary.
- Assist with developing internal documentation for installation instructions, how-to guides and processes for Moves-Adds-Changes-Deletions.
- Responsible for reading, understanding and complying with Connect’s Information Security and Quality policies.
- Ensure you complete monthly timesheets in order to feed into departmental utilisation reporting.
