Role Overview

A high-growth food brand portfolio is looking for a commercially minded Amazon & E-commerce Manager to take full ownership of its Amazon UK channel. With a strong existing presence across multiple brands and a growing product range, this role is pivotal in driving revenue, scaling performance, and leading expansion into European marketplaces. Working closely with supply chain and brand partners, you’ll ensure the channel operates at peak efficiency while unlocking further growth opportunities.

Key Accountabilities

  • Take end-to-end ownership of the Amazon Seller Central account across multiple brands and SKUs
  • Maintain account health, optimise seller metrics, and drive consistent Buy Box performance
  • Support onboarding of new brands and product launches
  • Optimise listings, including A+ content, keywords, and backend search terms
  • Improve conversion rates across the full catalogue while protecting brand integrity
  • Plan and execute PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display
  • Manage advertising budgets in collaboration with internal stakeholders and brand partners
  • Track and report on ROAS, ad performance, and revenue contribution
  • Oversee FBA inventory management in partnership with the supply chain team
  • Forecast demand to minimise stockouts and avoid excess inventory
  • Own the Amazon P&L, promotional calendar, and delivery of revenue targets
  • Lead planning and execution of EU marketplace expansion
  • Build strong relationships with Amazon category and account teams
  • Monitor competitor activity and stay ahead of platform changes

People Profile

  • 2–3 years’ hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central, ideally within food, drink or FMCG
  • Demonstrated success in growing revenue on Amazon UK
  • Strong knowledge of listing optimisation and PPC campaign management
  • Experience coordinating advertising spend with marketing or brand teams
  • Working understanding of both Seller Central and Vendor Central
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with direct stakeholder exposure
  • Bonus experience includes EU marketplace exposure, Shopify, or tools such as Helium 10
