Role Overview
Paramount Digital is a fast-growing agency, and our Amazon & E-Commerce department is at the start of an exciting growth phase. This isn't a role where you inherit a fully built machine, we're looking for an experienced Amazon & E-Commerce Manager to take ownership of a small, high-potential department, build the processes and structure it needs, and scale it into a major part of our offering.
This is an agency role, which means variety: you'll manage Amazon accounts for clients across a wide range of industries, product categories, and business models. You'll be the senior point of contact for your clients, delivering marketplace growth strategies across Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Amazon Advertising that produce measurable commercial results.
This is a genuine opportunity to shape a department from the ground up, how it works, how it grows, and what it becomes, backed by an ambitious agency with established company-wide governance, a clear staff progression framework, and senior leadership committed to investing in the department's growth.
Role Expectations
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
- Own and manage a portfolio of Amazon and e-commerce client accounts across multiple industries, acting as the senior point of contact and leading regular reviews and quarterly business reviews.
- Build strong, professional client relationships through proactive communication, delivery against agreed briefs, and honest commercial advice.
- Manage client expectations responsibly, escalating scope, pricing, and commercial decisions through the correct channels.
Amazon Marketplace Strategy & Delivery
- Develop and execute Amazon growth strategies across Seller Central and Vendor Central, including listing optimisation, A+ content, Brand Stores, and catalogue management.
- Plan, manage, and optimise Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP where relevant).
- Advise clients on broader e-commerce performance, including marketplace expansion, pricing strategy, inventory planning, and conversion optimisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Define how the department grows: service structure, capacity planning, and the roadmap to a fully established offering.
- Work with senior leadership to shape the department's commercial model, growth targets, and investment case.
Data, Reporting & Compliance
- Take ownership of client reporting and insight generation, clearly explaining performance and the actions taken.
- Track and interpret KPIs including sales, ACoS/TACoS, conversion rate, traffic, Buy Box share, and account health.
- Ensure all work is delivered in full compliance with Amazon's platform policies and our internal quality standards.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Amazon & E-Commerce team, clear delegation, structured support, regular feedback, and quarterly development plans for your direct reports.
- Manage team workload and priorities through our project management systems, with clear visibility and accountability.
Commercial & New Business
- Support new business pitches and proposals, providing marketplace expertise and realistic, deliverable recommendations.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and report on departmental performance and capacity to senior leadership.
What We're Looking For:
- A builder: someone excited to take a small, high-potential department and turn it into a fully established offering.
- Strong experience managing Amazon accounts commercially across multiple clients, ideally agency-side.
- A process-minded leader who creates structure where it doesn't yet exist, rather than needing it handed to them.
- A professional, reliable communicator who builds client trust through consistent delivery and clear reporting.
