### Your Mission: Drive Amazon Growth
As an Amazon Growth Lead, you’ll deliver scalable results by:
- Crafting high-converting copy to boost visibility and conversions.
- Designing data-backed strategies to expand our brand’s footprint across Amazon territories.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to exceed revenue targets, supercharge campaigns, and secure our place as a future bestselling brand.
Led by the Growth Manager and Head of Department, you’ll drive change by leveraging insights, optimising performance, and executing ambitious product launches.
### What You’ll Do Daily

Drive Sales Growth Execute tactical, evidence-led initiatives to increase revenue and expand our customer base across Amazon marketplaces.

Amazon SEO & Content Optimisation
- Write keyword-rich product descriptions and enhanced brand content to enhance organic search placement and convert clicks into sales.
- Partner with marketing to create high-impact visual and textual campaigns aligned with Amazon’s algorithm.

Product Launches
- Forecast sales potential for New Products (NPD).
- Work cross-functionally to shape go-to-market strategies, secure initial inventory orders, and ensure rapid traction post-launch.

Amazon Vine Programme Management Enrol products to garner high-quality Amazon Vine reviews, building brand credibility through authentic customer feedback.

Promotional Strategy & Execution Plan and execute high-impact Amazon Tier 1 campaigns (e.g., Prime Day, Black Friday) to maximize visibility and win-share.

Data-Driven Decision Making Analyse performance metrics (conversion rates, sales velocity, trends, customer behaviour) to identify white spaces and refine strategies.

Advertising Collaboration Work closely with our Advertising Manager to optimise sponsored products and demand side platforms for maximum return.

Competitor & Market Analysis Stay ahead of industry changes, monitor competitors, and use insights to fine-tune positioning and outmanoeuvre the competition.

Amazon Trend & Policy Monitoring Track the evolving Amazon ecosystem (new features, algorithm changes, vendor policies) to capitalise on emerging opportunities.

Cross-Functional Coordination Ensure seamless collaboration with teams across Demand Planning, Amazon Operations, Marketing, and Sales to maintain:
- Optimal inventory availability.
- Aligned promotional timings.
- Strategic product positioning.

Amazon Account Health Proactively resolve issues, resolve case backlogs, and partner with the Amazon Growth Manager to minimise disruptions that could impact business performance.

### The Basics
- Location flexible (e.g., hybrid or office-based in the UK).
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, keywords, SEO, PPC advertising is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Open to partnering with internal teams to do the heavy lifting. No solitary sitting required!
