As the Amazon Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the company's Amazon growth journey for the Italian market. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business at a key stage of its Amazon expansion, taking ownership of performance marketing for a portfolio of globally recognised beauty brands while helping shape the future of the channel.
The Role: Own and drive Amazon advertising performance across the Italian market, ensuring campaigns deliver profitable growth Manage and optimise Amazon advertising activity across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and Amazon DSP Take a hands-on approach to campaign setup, execution, analysis and optimisation. Monitor and report on key performance metrics including ROAS, conversion rate, advertising sales and Effective Marketing Contribution (EMC). Manage external agency partners, ensuring campaigns are delivered to a high standard and continuously optimised. Support the launch of new brands and products across Amazon, helping establish best-in-class foundations for long-term growth. Partner closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Business Intelligence and E-commerce. Act as the Amazon performance marketing expert within the business, educating stakeholders and promoting Amazon best practices. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve performance and support commercial decision-making.

About You: Minimum 5 years' experience managing Amazon advertising and performance marketing campaigns. Strong hands-on experience across Amazon Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP. Proven track record of driving improvements in ROAS, conversion rates and overall Amazon performance. Experienced in campaign planning, optimisation, reporting and budget management. Comfortable managing agency relationships and challenging partners to maximise performance. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and educate colleagues at all levels. Confident in presenting insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of profitability metrics such as EMC (Effective Marketing Contribution). Experience within FMCG, consumer goods or global brands would be advantageous. Italian speaker.
