Amazon Marketplace Executive – Leading Beauty Brands

Ready to build your ecommerce career with leading beauty brands?

We're looking for an ambitious Amazon Marketplace Executive to join our growing Ecommerce team.

You'll support the day-to-day management and growth of our Amazon business across multiple brands and European marketplaces, helping to drive sales, improve product visibility, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Working closely with our Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams, you'll gain exposure to every aspect of Amazon account management—from product launches and SEO to trading events, promotions, and performance reporting.

What You’ll Be Doing

Amazon Marketplace Management

  • Support the day-to-day management of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts.
  • Help grow sales across multiple brands and European Amazon marketplaces.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
  • Support the launch of new products and brands on Amazon.
  • Keep up to date with Amazon best practices, competitor activity, and marketplace trends.

Amazon SEO & Content Optimisation

  • Create and optimise product listings using Amazon SEO best practices.
  • Update product titles, bullet points, keywords, images, and A+ Content.
  • Help improve product visibility, organic search rankings, and conversion rates.
  • Maintain catalogue accuracy and ensure listings meet Amazon compliance standards.
  • Support Brand Store updates and content improvements.

Ecommerce Trading & Promotions

  • Assist with planning key trading events, including Prime Day, Black Friday, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Support promotional activity, pricing updates, and deal submissions.
  • Work with Supply Chain teams to maintain stock availability and minimise lost sales.
  • Assist with expanding products into new Amazon marketplaces where appropriate.

Reporting & Commercial Analysis

  • Analyse sales data, customer trends, and marketplace performance.
  • Produce regular performance reports and dashboards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales, conversion, and profitability.
  • Use AI-powered and digital tools to streamline reporting and support decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Experience working with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
  • Confidence using AI to streamline tasks, allowing you to deliver more with less effort.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience within Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, Personal Care, or FMCG.
  • Experience supporting Amazon advertising, promotions, or product launches.
  • Knowledge of European marketplaces.
  • Additional European language skills would be an advantage.
