Dreibach Ltd is an established e-commerce business specializing in [product category], selling across UK and European marketplaces. We are looking for someone to join our team to lead and grow our Amazon retail business.
Responsibilities
- Own full responsibility for the performance and profitability of our Amazon channel, setting strategy, targets and direction across the account.
- Direct and manage our in-house Listings & SEO team — setting priorities for listing creation, keyword research, content quality and search ranking optimization, and reviewing their output to ensure maximum exposure across all products.
- Direct and manage our in-house PPC team — setting ACoS/ROAS targets, reviewing campaign performance via Amazon Advertising Console (AMS), and steering strategy across Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands.
- Coordinating with the buying and sales teams to prevent stockouts and overstock.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities and high-margin SKUs to stock.
- Work alongside existing team members to grow, launch and maintain our brands on Amazon.
- Oversee product reviews and seller feedback strategy to support growth.
- Monitor account health and performance metrics and ensure strategies are in place to keep account health pristine.
- Own summarized and detailed reporting of channel strategy, team activity and optimizations across all Amazon marketplaces to senior leadership.

Experience and Skills Required
- Minimum of 3 years of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central account management, including experience managing or directing a team.
- Strong understanding of what it takes to get a listing swiftly ranked and in the top 10, sufficient to direct and challenge a specialist team.
- Strong understanding of Amazon marketing, advertising and 3rd party tools, sufficient to set targets and evaluate team performance.
- Experience of having sole ownership and financial responsibility over e-commerce channels.
- Proven ability to lead and get the best out of a team, rather than execute tasks directly.
- A passion for innovation, someone who is looking to constantly improve and wants to bring new ideas.
- Must be fluent in English.
Additional Info
Location: 5 Elstree Way, Borehamwood, WD6 1SF
Salary: £40,000.00–£45,000.00 per year
Bonus scheme
20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (1 increased every year of employment)
On-site parking
Mon – Thu: 9am – 5pm (in office), Friday: work from home
