Description

Are you excited by the challenge of building something from the ground up? Ready to take a new service from launch to scale to delight millions of customers? Do you thrive when there isn’t a marketing playbook and you’re trusted to create one?

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join the EU Prime & Marketing Go-To-Market team to lead Marketing efforts to launch and scale the newly launched ‘Amazon Now’ service, working in close collaboration with the Quick Commerce business team.

The ideal candidate has proven track record in defining marketing strategy and positioning for a service or product, preferably in the retail and/or e-commerce field and implementing the marketing playbook and activity across Owned & Operated and Paid Media channels.

Key job responsibilities

Develop the Go-To-Market strategy and playbook for Amazon Now launch & scale. Define the marketing positioning and Brand book, establishing a creative framework and working model with creative team/agency. Deploy our Paid Media strategy in collaboration with Paid Channel teams and design experiments with relevant teams. Collaborate with Business and Operations teams on improving traffic and conversion (deep dive into traffic metrics, suggest CX improvements, align on promotional activity to enhance traffic and conversion). Lead the team to execute the end-to-end Integrated Marketing campaigns. Drive leadership reviews. Work closely with Global teams to leverage synergies and learnings. Inspect measurement to track success metrics and optimize performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
