We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join the EU Prime & Marketing Go-To-Market team to lead Marketing efforts to launch and scale the newly launched ‘Amazon Now’ service, working in close collaboration with the Quick Commerce business team.
The ideal candidate has proven track record in defining marketing strategy and positioning for a service or product, preferably in the retail and/or e-commerce field and implementing the marketing playbook and activity across Owned & Operated and Paid Media channels.
Key job responsibilities
Develop the Go-To-Market strategy and playbook for Amazon Now launch & scale. Define the marketing positioning and Brand book, establishing a creative framework and working model with creative team/agency. Deploy our Paid Media strategy in collaboration with Paid Channel teams and design experiments with relevant teams. Collaborate with Business and Operations teams on improving traffic and conversion (deep dive into traffic metrics, suggest CX improvements, align on promotional activity to enhance traffic and conversion). Lead the team to execute the end-to-end Integrated Marketing campaigns. Drive leadership reviews. Work closely with Global teams to leverage synergies and learnings. Inspect measurement to track success metrics and optimize performance.

Basic Qualifications
Experience in defining marketing strategy and positioning for a service or product, preferably in the retail and/or e-commerce field. Experience implementing the marketing playbook and activity across Owned & Operated as well as Paid Media channels. Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs. Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements. Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in retail / Quick commerce field.
About The Team
You will join the EU Go-To-Market team, a dynamic group focused on accelerating the EU Amazon customer growth by driving Marketing for product launches and strategic projects. Our team is responsible for successfully launching and growing products, benefits or new feature across marketplaces.
Basic Qualifications
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches Experience in marketing or marketing research Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
