Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven Amazon Organic Growth Specialist to take ownership of our organic search visibility and listing performance across a high volume of SKUs. In this role, you are the analytical engine. Instead of spending hours generating content, you will leverage advanced data extraction tools and specialised internal workflows to fuel our content engine.
Your mission is to reverse-engineer competitor strategies, dominate keyword rankings, and architect high-converting listing frameworks. If you treat the Amazon algorithm like a data puzzle and care deeply about organic rankings, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rate optimisation (CRO), this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Listing Creation: Build new Amazon product listings from scratch, designing the complete data architecture including titles, bullet points, backend search terms, and product attributes to ensure immediate indexing and maximum launch momentum.
- Competitor & Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth reverse ASIN lookups and gap analyses using Helium 10 to identify competitor weaknesses and ranking footprints.
- Keyword Architecture: Extract, filter, and cluster high-intent search terms to build structured data frameworks for product titles, bullet points, and indexing targets.
- Listing Performance & Optimisation: Oversee the structural assembly of optimised listings, utilising advanced internal workflows and tools to refine data inputs into high-converting, compliant copy.
- Backend Metadata Management: Maintain absolute accuracy across backend search terms, subject matter fields, and hidden attributes to ensure immediate and sustained indexing.
- Organic Performance Tracking: Monitor keyword ranking movements and organic glance views, adapting strategies as algorithms evolve.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the PPC team to align organic keyword targeting with paid campaigns, maximising total search page visibility.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
