Amazon PPC Lead
Patrick Murray and 3Search are delighted to be working with a globally recognised high-growth ecommerce brand to recruit a: Amazon PPC Lead £70-90k + Outstanding Benefits Package London Hybrid Working (3 Days Per Week in Central Office)
As part of continued international growth and investment across marketplace channels, our client is looking to appoint a senior PPC specialist to take ownership of marketplace paid media strategy at scale. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape and accelerate performance across Amazon and emerging marketplace channels within one of the fastest-growing DTC consumer brands globally. Our client is a category-leading ecommerce business with a global customer base, industry-leading growth, and a highly engaged consumer community. Operating within a fast-paced, performance-led environment, the business combines innovation, data-driven decision-making, and ambitious expansion plans to maintain its position at the forefront of the market. The Amazon PPC Lead will join a collaborative and entrepreneurial team where high performers are empowered to make meaningful commercial impact and rapidly progress their careers. The Amazon PPC Lead will take full ownership of marketplace paid media activity, leading strategy, execution, and optimisation across Amazon Ads and additional marketplace platforms. The Amazon PPC Lead will drive performance across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and future DSP initiatives, while collaborating closely with Brand, Creative, Retail, and Analytics teams. The Amazon PPC Lead will also develop experimentation roadmaps, optimise creative performance, and deliver clear commercial insights to senior leadership to support ambitious growth objectives.

The Amazon PPC Lead will: Own marketplace paid media strategy across Amazon and additional ecommerce channels Manage and optimise large-scale PPC budgets across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display Develop testing and experimentation strategies to improve ROAS, TACoS, and profitability Partner with Retail and Creative teams to maximise conversion and advertising efficiency Deliver performance reporting and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
Essential Skills: Great experience managing Amazon Ads at scale whether brand side of Agency side. Deep hands-on expertise across Sponsored Ads and marketplace PPC strategy Proven success driving commercial growth through performance marketing Strong analytical and reporting capability across Amazon Ads Console and BI platforms Commercially minded with a strong understanding of profitability and contribution margin
