Amazon PPC Manager
Mayfair, London | Beauty & Luxury Cosmetics | Up to £65,000
A growing Beauty & Luxury Cosmetics brand with a portfolio of 10 premium beauty brands across the UK & EU is looking for an Amazon PPC Manager to take ownership of its paid search strategy and performance across Amazon.
This is a specialist PPC role focused on planning, managing, and optimising Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns to drive profitable growth across a portfolio of luxury beauty brands. The business is investing heavily into its Amazon channel, creating an opportunity for an Amazon PPC specialist to take real ownership of performance and make a tangible commercial impact.
Please note before applying:
- This role is based in Mayfair, London and requires attendance in the office 4 days per week.
- All applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimisation of Amazon PPC campaigns across the UK and EU, with a focus on improving ROAS, reducing TACoS, and scaling high-performing products.
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys being deep in the data and making daily decisions around bids, budgets, keywords, search terms, and campaign structures. You'll work closely with the wider Amazon team to ensure PPC activity supports wider commercial objectives, from launching new products to scaling hero SKUs and improving profitability.
The business is looking for someone who wants to own Amazon PPC performance, rather than manage a large team. You'll have the opportunity to shape PPC strategy, test new approaches, and directly influence the growth of a portfolio of premium beauty brands.
What you'll be doing:
- Taking ownership of Amazon PPC strategy and performance across Amazon UK and EU marketplaces
- Managing and optimising Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
- Managing PPC budgets and allocating spend towards the highest-performing campaigns, products, and keywords
- Monitoring campaign performance daily and optimising bids, budgets, targeting, and placements
- Conducting keyword research, search term analysis, keyword harvesting, and negative keyword management
- Building and refining PPC campaign structures to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance
- Managing branded, generic, competitor, and category keyword strategies
- Analysing PPC performance across key metrics including ROAS, TACoS, ACOS, CPC, CTR, CVR, and impression share
- Identifying opportunities to improve PPC efficiency and reduce wasted media spend
- Scaling hero SKUs and high-performing products through strategic PPC investment
- Supporting new product launches with PPC strategies designed to build visibility and drive sales
- Producing regular PPC performance reports, insights, and actionable recommendations
- Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and PPC performance planning
- Monitoring competitor activity and marketplace trends to identify new PPC opportunities
- Developing and executing testing strategies to continuously improve campaign performance

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
