Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • You will take ownership of campaign execution — ensuring accounts are well-structured, budgets are managed effectively, and performance is continuously improved through data-led optimisation. This includes working across Sponsored Ads, with a strong focus on search term management, bid optimisation and campaign hygiene.
  • Alongside execution, you will begin to build commercial awareness — understanding how your decisions impact revenue, efficiency and client outcomes. You’ll be expected to identify optimisation opportunities, flag risks early, and contribute ideas that improve account performance over time.
  • You will work closely with Client and Catalogue teams to ensure PPC activity is aligned with wider strategy, including listing quality, promotional activity and commercial priorities.
  • This role is ideal for someone who is confident managing campaigns independently, enjoys working with data, and is looking to develop deeper strategic capability within a structured and high-standard agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management & Optimisation

    • Build, manage and optimise Sponsored Ads campaigns (SP, SB, SD).
    • Maintain clear and structured campaign architecture.
    • Implement bid, budget and keyword adjustments based on performance data.
    • Monitor search term performance and continuously refine targeting.
    • Ensure campaigns remain organised, efficient and aligned to best practice.
  • Performance Analysis & Insight

    • Analyse campaign performance across key metrics (ACOS, ROAS, CVR, CPC).
    • Identify trends, inefficiencies and growth opportunities.
    • Support reporting with clear and structured insights.
    • Flag performance risks or anomalies early.
