Venture Forge is growing at an exciting rate with a roster of new clients onboarding our services. As a result of our continued growth and forward plans, we’re looking to recruit an Amazon Senior Account Manager to join our team.
You will be accountable for the success of some of our largest strategic clients within Amazon across the UK, Europe, and beyond.

Your Role
You will take ownership and accountability for the service and success of your assigned clients to drive growth and maturity within Amazon. Creating strategies and tactics that deliver on clients' goals and objectives including sales, profitability, and brand awareness.
You will be responsible for a wide range of strategic and tactical client solutions, including:
- Listing creation & management
- Forecasting & inventory management
- Content creation
- Analytical reporting
- Launch campaigns
You’ll collaborate with other operational team members to deliver truly exceptional Amazon service that is paramount to every role in our team.

Ideal Candidate
As the Amazon Senior Account Manager, the ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in managing Amazon Strategy & Delivery either for a brand, retailer, or agency.
- Ability to manage and drive the strategic performance of Amazon accounts.
- Excellent grasp of Amazon tools, services, techniques, and metrics.
- Data-led with a strong commercial ability and focus.
- Great at building long-lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- A desire to learn, mastering your area of expertise.
- You will be curious, bold, brave, and accountable for your actions.
- Experience of Amazon tools across Seller, Vendor, and third parties is a must.
- Previous job titles could be: Head of Amazon, Amazon Account Manager, Amazon National Account Manager, Amazon Brand Manager, Amazon Client Manager, Amazon Client Executive, Marketplace Account Manager, Marketplace Specialist, Amazon Growth Manager, Amazon Trading Manager.
