Manning Global, a premier global staffing and managed services provider, specializing in worldwide leading Industry sectors such as ICT, AI, Technology, Digital Media, Engineering, Automotive and Energy, is recruiting for an Amazon Store Manager on behalf of one of their top-tier international clients to join their organization in the United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Performance Management
- Take ownership of GMV and SO sales targets achievement for the Official store.
- Track and update daily reports on GMV, traffic, and SO
- Monitor competing products sales, pricing, promotion, and visual strategies.
- Provide insights and optimization suggestions based on performance.
End-to-End Store Campaign Management
- New Product Campaign Management and Execution: Collaborate with the national team and the Pan-European team to formulate the launch plan for Country, coordinate the national-level launch strategies and integrate resources, including the planning of new product goals.
- National Promotion Plan Management: Based on the overall strategy of Pan-European Amazon, coordinating with the national GTM and sales team to formulate monthly planning for sales volume and pricing.

Product Operations management:
- Own the briefing to the operation specialist to Create and maintain product listings as per campaign requirements, including price updates, listing edits, product optimization, product Q&A and reviews.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate to avoid out-of-stock or overstock risks.
- Daily Store Inspection Summary: Conduct daily store inspections to identify operation-related issues, summarize the problems, and promote the closed-loop resolution of the issues.
E-commerce Creative & Visual Execution
- Own the briefing to designer and execution of e-commerce assets (KV, long images, SKU visuals) for new product launches and platform-wide campaigns.
- Ensure all visual materials are aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for Amazon user experience.
- Continuously improve the homepage layout, product listings, and promotional banners.

Risk & Compliance
- Conduct regular checks on unauthorized use of brand assets and report platform violations.
- Ensure store information and policies (e.g., logistics, payment, delivery) are updated in accordance with Amazon platform updates.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
- Solid understanding of Ecommerce platform operations, campaign mechanics.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools.
- Strong communication and execution skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
