About the Role
Manning Global, a premier global staffing and managed services provider, specialising in ICT, AI, Technology, Digital Media, Engineering, Automotive, and Energy, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Amazon Store Manager to play a pivotal role in our top-tier international client’s UK operations.
The successful candidate will lead s Sales performance, campaign execution, product operations, e-commerce creativity, and compliance, ensuring the official Amazon store maximises customer engagement, revenue growth (GMV/SO targets), and brand representation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Performance Management
- Take full ownership of GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume) and SO (Sales Objections) revenue targets for the Official Amazon store.
- Daily monitoring & reporting: Track and update metrics for GMV, traffic, and SO performance with actionable insights.
- Competitive analysis: Monitor competitors’ product sales, pricing, promotions, and visual strategies, proposing optimisation recommendations.
2. End-to-End Store Campaign Management
New Product Campaigns:
- Collaborate with national & Pan-European teams to define and execute a launch strategy for the UK.
- Align national launch plans, coordinate resources (budget, assets, timelines), and set clear KPIs for new product success.

National Promotion Plan:
- Coordinate with Pan-European Amazon strategy and local GTM/sales teams to develop monthly promotion schedules, including pricing, discount campaigns, and sales goals.
3. Product Operations Management
- Bridge Amazon’s client requirements to operations teams: Provide briefings for database updates, listing changes, and quality control (e.g., product descriptions, images, Q&A).
- Pricing optimization: Ensure real-time price updates and prevent erroneous discounts or underpricing.
- Inventory control: Monitor stock levels to avoid out-of-stock or overstocking risks—artinquations
- Live issue resolution: Conduct daily store inspections, log operational discrepancies, and facilitate closed-loop problem-solving.
4. E-Commerce Creative & Visual Execution
- Content strategy & execution: Brief design teams on asset creation (hero images, product visuals, SKU favourites) for new launches and platform-wide campaigns.
- Brand consistency: Verify all visual assets adhere to brand guidelines and are user-experience-optimised for Amazon’s algorithms.
- Continuous improvement: Iterate on homepage designs, product listings, and promotional banners for higher conversions.

5. Risk & Compliance
- Brand protection checks: Regular audits for unauthorised use of brand assets (logos, IP violations).
- Platform compliance: Ensure store policies—logistics, payments, delivery rules, and restocking—align with Amazon’s latest updates to maintain FCP compliance.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, Economics or relevant field.
- Solid experience (3+ years preferred) in e-commerce operations, brand management, or Amazon PPC.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Excel & BI tools (proficient in pivot tables, banking, reporting dashboards).
- Campaign software & analytics platforms (e.g., Seller Central, AMZLabs, Helium 10).
- Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills for ** stratégique planning and presentation**.
Soft Skills
- Attention to detail to implement strategy without sacrificing execution.
- Proactive problem-solving:ligening issues not yet visible to stakeholders.
