Amazon Store Specialist
Amazon Store Manager (Specialist) – Paddington, London
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven specialist to oversee the operational management of our Amazon store. You will play a pivotal role in driving GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume) and SO (Sales Order) performance through strategic campaign execution, content optimisation, and — customer experience enhancement.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Performance Management
- Take full ownership of achieving GMV and SO sales targets for the Official store.
- Track and update the following metrics daily:
- GMV
- Store traffic
- SO (Sales Order)
- Monitor competing products—sales trends, pricing, promotions, and visual competition analysis.
- Provide data-driven insights and deliver optimization recommendations based on performance.
2. End-to-End Store Campaign Management
- New Product Campaign Execution:
- Collaborate with national and Pan-European teams to develop launch strategies.
- Coordinate planning for new product goals, integrating resources and alignment across regions.
- National Promotions Management:
- Formulate monthly national sales targets in alignment with Pan-European Amazon strategy.
- Product Operations:
- Provide detailed briefings to operational specialists for:
- Creation and maintenance of product listings based on campaign needs (updates to pricing, editorials, product optimization).
- Q&A and reviews management to enhance customer engagement.
- Monitor real-time stock levels to prevent out-of-stock risks and mitigate overstock scenarios.
- Conduct daily store inspections to identify operational issues, summarize findings, and drive closed-loop issue resolution.

3. E-Commerce Creative & Visual Execution
- Oversee the design briefing process and utilisation of visual assets, including:
- KeyVisual, long images, and SKU visuals for new product launches and campaigns.
- Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
- Optimizing user experience across Amazon.
- Continuously refine and enhance:
- Homepage layout
- Product listing efficiency
- Promotional banners.

4. Risk & Compliance
- Conduct regular compliance checks for unauthorized use of brand assets and report platform violations.
- Ensure store policies (logistics, payments, delivery) align with Amazon’s platform updates.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and campaign mechanics.
- Proficient in:
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Data reporting tools
- Exceptional communication and execution skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to operate efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Eligibility
- Must be legally eligible to work in the UK.
Work Location
Paddington, London. Regular in-office presence required.
