Richmond, UK | Hybrid (3 days/week) | £45,000–£60,000 (DOE) + 10% bonus

We're on the hunt for an Amazon Vendor Specialist to join a global personal care powerhouse—the kind of company whose products sit in bathroom cabinets across the world, spanning hair care, intimate health, and personal care categories. This isn't a "keep the lights on" e-commerce role. This is a seat at the table for someone who wants to shape how a household name brand shows up and wins on Amazon and beyond.

If you live and breathe Vendor Central, get a thrill from a perfectly optimised digital shelf, and want your work to directly move commercial performance across the UK and Australia, this is your next big move.

What you'll actually be doing:

  • Own the marketplace. Manage and optimise operations across Amazon Vendor Central—from flawless product listings and content to seamless new product launches and assortment management. You're the reason the catalogue looks right.
  • Drive commercial performance. Step in as Retail Specialist, keeping execution sharp across every platform you touch. Monitor weekly Purchase Orders, track sales performance, and jump in with corrective action the moment something needs attention.
  • Shape the campaigns. Help plan and execute promotions and marketplace activity that actually move the needle; then translate the results into insights that shape what happens next.
  • Stay ahead of the competition. Run sharp competitive assessments; pricing, positioning, assortment, promotions, content and turn what you find into an edge.
  • Keep the numbers honest. Partner with Finance and Operations on monthly reconciliation, chase down discrepancies, and make sure financial visibility across every marketplace is bulletproof.
  • Perfect the digital shelf. Work hand-in-hand with creative and agency partners to audit content, sharpen titles and A+/B+ content, and make sure the brand story lands consistently everywhere shoppers find it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
