Working Hours
- 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern
- Week 1: 6am – 2:30pm
- Week 2: 9am – 5:30pm
- Week 3: 1:30pm – 10pm
- Rotating on-call shifts (including weekends)

The Role
This is an entry-level position for recent graduates or early-career professionals who:
- Have a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
- Are eager to gain exposure to our SAP AMS department.
- Seek growth within a well-respected global technology organisation.
Additionally, this role may involve assisting with broader projects, including:
- Reporting and process improvement
- Documentation
- Master data management
- Occasional IT support
- Developing SAP functional knowledge

Note: This is not an IT support position. The primary focus is on coordinating and managing internal and external client tickets.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the management of the Helpdesk system, including:
- Taking ownership of new ticket and email allocation.
- Monitoring support operations.
- Ensure quality assurance by:
- Collaborating with the Helpdesk team to resolve issues within agreed SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Providing timely updates to internal and external customers.
- Review all Helpdesk tickets in the Helpdesk tool, including:
- Progressing tickets.
- Escalating concerns to relevant stakeholders for resolution.
- Provide initial responses to helpdesk customers (internal and external) in line with:
- Agreed SLAs.
- Governance standards.
- Gather process and information system (IS) requirements from customers and produce structured documentation.
- Maintain accuracy of:
- Ticketing data.
- SLA tables.
- Client data via appropriate updates.
- Allocate and book the correct utilisation types in the Helpdesk tool.
- Provide ticket and first-line support within agreed SLAs, including:
- Investigating and resolving issues.
- Recommending process improvements.
- Ensuring data accuracy in the Helpdesk tool.
Requirements
IT & System Literacy
- Proficient in the Microsoft suite, including:
- Office365
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Must have a valid UK driving licence.

Key Skills & Abilities
- Enjoys working with and learning new technology/computer systems.
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate with internal & external teams/customers.
- Previous experience in a customer service position.
- Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly telephone manner.
Desired (Not Mandatory) Skills
- Familiarity with/or basic knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems, particularly in logistics.
- Experience in a similar SAP/technology support environment.
