Role Description

Nearly every EA role on my desk right now involves AI, hypergrowth, or a Series B founder who thinks they're the next Elon.

This one involves an ultra-formal household (in Mayfair) with private staff, protocol, and the kind of formality most people only see in period dramas.

And I love it.

About the Role

Two hugely successful Principals where business, private, and philanthropic lives that overlap entirely.

This is old-school EA work done at the highest level.

Responsibilities

  • You'll sit with the Principals. Taking notes, chasing updates, typing as you go.
  • You'll help organise formal dinners, charity events, and board meetings.
  • You'll work alongside two additional Assistants as part of a dedicated support ecosystem built around two people whose lives move fast and demand precision.
  • Your work will span everything, the business diary and the private calendar, the foundation commitments and the family logistics, the formal and the personal, often in the same afternoon.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Key Requirements

  • The right person for this has seen formal environments before.
  • You understand protocol.
  • You know what a properly run household looks like, and you know the difference between "good enough" and "correct."
  • You're not chasing a title. You're not trying to rebrand yourself as a "Strategic Business Partner."
  • You want to do the work, do it brilliantly, and be part of something that values precision over performance theatre.
  • You've probably supported UHNW individuals or a Chair-type figure where the personal and professional are completely blended.
  • You're comfortable in formality, and you take pride in the detail that most people wouldn't even notice.
