Our client
Our client, a renowned leader in high-speed IC development, is looking for an experienced Analog IC Director to head up their Bristol office as well as partner sites across Europe and the US.
About the Role
This is a senior leadership role combining deep analog IC design expertise with strategic business influence. You'll lead global engineering teams, shape technology roadmaps, drive new product development from concept to production, and partner with senior leadership to define the future direction of the engineering organisation.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
- A degree (or higher) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
- 10+ years' experience in Analog IC Design, including significant leadership of engineering teams and complex development programmes.
- A proven track record of delivering successful IC products from concept through production and commercial launch.
- Experience defining product roadmaps and developing product families to maximise market opportunities and return on design investment.
- Strong technical expertise in analogue and mixed-signal design, particularly in applications requiring high signal integrity.
- An inclusive leadership style with the ability to build high-performing teams, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional organisations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently at both technical and executive levels.

Compensation
