We have an exciting opportunity for an individual with deep technical and agile expertise to join our team of Analysis Managers, supporting the delivery of a key strategic programme.
This role is focused on our exciting new Pensions platform and contributes to our purpose of strengthening the mutual choice for our customers, by providing the best technology solutions to our customers.
You will be presented with opportunities to navigate complex challenges collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across the business including senior figures. You will take a strategic landscape view of the programme with a view to providing clear solutions and to influence and shape at the start of the process.

About the role
- Proficient in agile ways of working and squad-based delivery.
- Experienced in workshop facilitation enabling requirements to be elicited from stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Ability to work across multiple squads at any one time, managing workload and priorities across all whilst working to fixed deadlines.
- Supports the development and adoption of company-wide modelling approach and techniques, taking on advanced modelling for significant projects or programmes of change.
- Identifies alternatives, assesses feasibility, and recommends new approaches considering Risk, Cost, and Benefits.
- Applies strong coaching skills to maintain high-quality standards through constructive peer-review feedback.
About you
- Positive and proactive, ability to adapt swiftly and smoothly to change.
- Financial Services experience ideally within Pensions is desirable for this role.
- Experienced in leading a team of business analysts with ability to provide support and guidance to your team on analysis techniques.
- Lead and develop your team, supporting them with personal development, goal setting, and career planning.
- Expert in establishing and maintaining relationships with senior business stakeholders across the full range of business areas.
- Expert in Business Analysis and related Modelling, design, and Business Concepts.
- Advanced in communicating complex concepts and articulating principles and drivers for change.
- Advanced understanding of business structure, capabilities, and key business principles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
