Analyst - Rugby / Hybrid - £55,000 - £65,000 - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
This is a key role to drive data-led decision making across an impressive and growing business. With focus on costs and efficiencies, the ideal candidate will have extensive modelling (Excel) and visualisation (Power Bi) experience together with a finance qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) / Qualified By Experience, and be able to work with large data sets determining key costs and efficiencies across the business. You will manipulate datasets, create financial models, and demonstrate findings utilising Power Bi and Excel, and you will also be an excellent communicator with both finance and non-finance stakeholders. You will be commercially minded and able to develop strategies and KPIs to support the business further.

Responsibilities
- Modelling large data sets - you will have significant experience in a data analytics role
- Influencing commercial and operational decisions through data insight
- Presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Leading the development of data driven insights
- Supporting the operations and commercial teams
- Develop and optimise KPI dashboards to support the business around costs and efficiencies

You will have a strong understanding of data modelling, trend analysis, and performance metrics, be an advanced Excel user and strong with Power Bi, and have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
