Job Description
Join the London-based investment team to source, evaluate, and build precision medicine companies. Reporting to Managing Partners Kate Bingham and Nikola Trbovic, you will execute the full investment cycle from scientific due diligence to company creation. This substantive role offers direct exposure to senior decision-makers and genuine long-term advancement potential.

What You Will Do
- Source emerging science and investment opportunities across the US, UK, and EU by monitoring academic spin-outs, pharma pipelines, and the broader biotech ecosystem.
- Lead rigorous scientific and commercial due diligence, building comprehensive investment cases that encompass R&D strategy, development plans, budgets, and valuation analysis.
- Support portfolio company growth and company creation by contributing to scientific strategy, team formation, and early business development for newly launched ventures.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses a PhD in a relevant area of biology from a leading laboratory, demonstrating a deep mechanistic understanding of disease and therapeutic innovation.
- Holds at least two years of professional experience in life sciences venture capital, strategy consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, L.E.K.), investment banking, or biotech business development.
- Demonstrates strong commercial instinct and "hustle," with the ability to distinguish between interesting science and fundable business opportunities while operating independently.
