Associate – Co-Investment Investor Relations - Large Cap Private Equity

About the Role

A leading global alternative investment manager is seeking an Analyst or Associate to join its Co-Investment Project Management team within Client & Product Solutions, based in London. Co-investment is a growing area of focus and this role offers broad exposure across multiple strategies and teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end project management of co-invest processes (syndicated and co-underwrite) across all strategies
  • Preparation of high-quality materials, documentation, and investor communications
  • Liaising with investment teams and internal stakeholders (legal, compliance, fund admin)
  • Managing LP due diligence and responding to ongoing investor requests
  • Tracking, monitoring, and maintaining internal co-invest data and reporting
  • Senior stakeholder management and updates
  • Exposure to wider capital raising and business development initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience in a leading financial organisation; familiarity with private markets and/or co-investment
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel (modelling a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong PowerPoint and Word skills
  • Outstanding organisational and project management ability
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with senior stakeholders
  • Degree from a world-class institution
