About The Job: The Analyst / Associate, Fund of Funds will support the execution and ongoing management of a multi-billion, globally diversified investment portfolio focused on third-party fund managers, primarily across venture and growth-oriented strategies. Working within a small, high-impact team, the role provides exposure across fund selection, portfolio construction, and portfolio oversight. The Analyst / Associate will contribute across the full lifecycle of fund investments, combining analytical rigor with institutional investment platform exposure. The position is open to candidates at both Analyst and Associate level, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities: Support preparation of recurring portfolio performance reports and leadership materials. Consolidate financial and operational data from investment teams into structured reporting formats. Maintain and update reporting dashboards, performance trackers, and analytics tools. Perform variance analysis, trend identification, and commentary on portfolio-level developments. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across reporting outputs. Assist in preparation of materials for internal governance and committee processes. Contribute to enhancement of reporting frameworks and performance monitoring standards.

Preferred Qualifications/Requirements: 2–7 years of experience in asset management, portfolio reporting, performance analytics, finance, or a related analytical role. Strong analytical skills with comfort handling complex data sets and recurring reporting cycles. Experience preparing structured reporting materials for senior stakeholders. High proficiency in Excel and presentation tools; familiarity with reporting systems or BI tools is a plus. Detail-oriented, structured, and execution-focused with a strong sense of ownership.
