This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional looking to start their career within a growing, investment management firm. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of compliance activities, work alongside experienced professionals, and develop a strong understanding of the regulatory environment across multiple jurisdictions. Additionally, the team are looking for a bright, inquisitive and engaging person, to join a positive office environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the delivery of the firm's Compliance Monitoring Programme
- Assisting with regulatory reporting and submissions
- Helping maintain and update compliance policies and procedures
- Monitoring regulatory developments and supporting implementation of new requirements
- Assisting with third-party due diligence and supplier reviews
- Providing team administrative support to the wider Global Compliance team

About You
- Degree educated, ideally in Finance, Economics, Business or a related subject
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable reviewing data, documentation, and processes
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong IT skills, particularly across Microsoft Office
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
- A proactive team player with a genuine interest in compliance and financial services
