Job Summary
Sitting within the wider Sales & Marketing group, the Data & Distribution team supports the delivery of fund data (dynamic and static) to external and internal data platforms and clients. The team is also responsible for UCITS KID/KIID production, MiFID II Costs & Charges, European investor tax reporting, consultant databases and bespoke client reporting. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a well-motivated graduate to learn Costs and Charges calculations and reporting, while also supporting the wider activities of the team such as Consultant Database management and bespoke client reporting. The role offers the chance to build expertise in transaction cost analysis and global regulatory reporting from the ground up, develop an understanding of the common standards and methodologies used across the asset management industry, gain knowledge across different asset classes and investment products, and work closely with operational and sales teams across the regions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
