About the Role:

Are you ready to use data, insight, and innovation to improve healthcare?

The Business Intelligence team supports operational and strategic planning by delivering performance reporting, clinical benchmarking, and data insights that inform service improvement and meet external reporting obligations.

Working collaboratively with business units across CHS, the team enables staff with varying levels of data literacy to access timely and accurate information for decision-making and research. The team also coordinates with the Health and Community Services Directorate on external data releases, including media requests, ministerial briefings, national submissions, and federal funding schedule agreements.

Reporting to the Director, the Analyst will partner with senior executives, clinicians, and staff across selected divisions within Canberra Health Services to deliver high-quality information, analysis, and insights that support the effective operation of the health service.
