The Role
As an Analyst, you will:
- Support execution across live M&A mandates (sell-side, buy-side, and strategic advisory).
- Build and maintain financial models - including operating models, DCF, LBO, and merger analysis.
- Conduct company, sector, and market research, producing high-quality analysis to support live deals and pitches.
- Prepare client deliverables - pitch books, IMs, management presentations, and board materials.
- Assist with due diligence workstreams, coordinating with clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to origination efforts, supporting senior bankers with sector coverage, market intelligence, and pitch preparation.

What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of investment banking experience, ideally with exposure to Infrastructure, Energy, or Power & Utilities M&A at a bulge bracket, elite boutique, or top-tier European bank.
- Strong technical foundation - M&A, LBO, and DCF modelling, valuation, and financial analysis.
- Genuine interest in the infrastructure sector across one or more sub-sectors (digital, energy transition, transport, utilities).
- Excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Strong academic background from a top-tier university.
