Assist and support the institutional relations team with all sales activity, including conducting prospect research, lead generation, maintenance of CRM and pipeline data, production of presentations, updating consultant requests and attending external events. Contribute to a successful, well structured, and efficient sales team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist and support the institutional relations team with preparation and follow up on prospect meetings
- Ensure Microsoft Dynamics is kept up to date with all prospect information and interactions, and maintain pipeline updates
- Support the creation of presentations, RFPs and sales materials
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
- Coordinate delegate lists, event follow-ups and lead tracking to ensure the timely distribution of marketing materials
- Support consultant relations activity including preparation for research meetings and populating data requests
- Management of projects, internal training coordination and process improvement initiatives as the team requires
- Develop strong knowledge of investment management, specifically fiduciary management, and the UK DB pensions landscape

Skills and experience would ideally include:
- Experience within financial services
- An understanding of financial products, investments and pensions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competence in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM systems
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools to support your tasks

- A gross annual salary between £ 45.000 and £ 55.000, commensurate with your knowledge and experience.
