Analyst / Senior Analyst - Modelling and Analytics - Real Estate Private Equity
This is a new role in the asset management team of a fast growing pan-European private equity manager. They're looking for a bright and motivated analyst to support portfolio managers in overseeing asset performance, delivering financial analysis, and contributing to investment decision-making.
The Role
- Portfolio modelling, including building and interrogating financial models
- Scenario and sensitivity analysis to support business planning
- Analysis of asset and portfolio performance (income, costs, occupancy, value drivers)
- Supporting hold/sell and refinancing decisions
- Working with large datasets to generate clear, commercially relevant insights
- Improving reporting and analytical capability (e.g. PowerBI or similar)
- Preparing materials for senior stakeholders, including investment committee discussions

Background

- 2-4 years of experience in a leading advisory team (e.g. Big 4 real estate modelling or real estate corporate finance team)
- Passionate about real estate and excited about contributing to a growing business
- Strong financial modelling skills (you must have strong Excel skills and have built DCF models from scratch)
- Ability to translate analysis into clear, commercial insight
- Experience working with data-heavy environments (data lake / warehouse exposure) beneficial
