Who We Are At Tenzing, we’re on a mission to become the best pan-European software and tech investor. As we continue to scale, enter new markets, and off the back of a very successful first programme, we’re excited to launch the third edition of our One Year Analyst Programme, starting in August/September 2026.

Our mission is to seek out the best European tech and tech-enabled firms and help build them into international powerhouses. We want to work with people who are passionate about that journey and can build a super-strength in helping to deliver this vision.

As an Analyst on the Tenzing Programme, you will engage with and gain insight across all aspects of the private equity investment process, including sourcing and evaluating potential investments, presenting opportunities to the broader team, and performing due diligence. As we generally operate in small teams, you will play a key role and gain significant responsibility from day one. The Programme is the ideal environment for developing a well-rounded investment skill set, supported by dedicated training and mentorship.

The Analyst position will also provide a great opportunity to understand how a super-ambitious and high-performance team operates within a high-growth private equity house.

The Day Job on Arrival Drive thematic and industry research across software and tech services. Participate in due diligence processes, including financial modelling, market research, and company analysis. Support deal execution activities, including preparing presentations and drafting documents. Participate in team meetings and brainstorms, contributing your ideas and perspectives. Engage in professional development opportunities, including participating in the Altitude Academy©, Tenzing's tailored training, and mentorship sessions. Conduct commercial, operational, and other analyses to assist in making investment decisions. Perform financial analysis and modelling to assess the valuation of companies.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
