The opportunity
At EY-Parthenon, our unique combination of transformative strategy, transactions, tax and corporate finance delivers real-world value – solutions that work in practice, not just on paper. Benefiting from EY’s full spectrum of services, we’ve reimagined strategic consulting to work in a world of increasing complexity. With deep functional and sector expertise, paired with innovative AI-powered technology and an investor mindset, we partner with CEOs, boards, private equity and governments every step of the way.
We are now looking for an Analyst to join our Analytics & AI team, with a focus on rapid prototyping. Working closely with the Executive and wider project team, you will be hands-on in designing and developing prototypes, embedding AI capabilities, and supporting client collaboration. This role is an opportunity to develop your technical and client-facing skills while delivering innovative, practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Your key responsibilities
- Translate client needs into high-fidelity wireframes and clickable prototypes using Figma, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Build functional prototypes and proofs of concept using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
- Support client workshops and co-creation sessions, contributing to solution design and delivering compelling demonstrations.
- Embed AI capabilities such as LLMs, RAG, and embeddings into prototypes to create innovative applications.
- Take ownership of defined technical components within workstreams, while collaborating closely with the Executive and broader team.
- Help build reusable assets and accelerators that can scale across projects.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
